I ordered this without learning that it’s Brazilian? Although I’ve only had it on pasta in Sardinia. It’s tasty! Abit of sweetness with saltiness. I did happen to put abit too much which end up making it taste a tiny bitter. But it’s great! Make it with olive oil garlic pasta, and server it on top along with some chili flakes, cherry tomato! Review: Delicious - So good. It is like roe in taranka - dried salty fish. Exactly what I was craving. So good. ## Features - Delicious Superb Quality / All Natural / Healthy / Wild - Made by the Worlds "TOP" Bottarga Masters in Brazil - Great for Restaurants & Chefs / Color Varies - Medium Hard Texture - Excellent for Grating ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07H9HHWPJ | | Best Sellers Rank | #146,136 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #48 in Caviars & Roes | | Brand | Supreme Bottarga | | Brand Name | Supreme Bottarga | | Container Type | Pouch | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 80 Reviews | | Flavor | Salted | | Item Form | Whole | | Item Package Weight | 3.68 ounces | | Item Weight | 6.03 ounces | | Manufacturer | Bottarga Brothers LLC | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Package Weight | 3.68 ounces | | Region of Origin | Brazil | | Seafood Production Method | Wild Caught | | Size | 6.1 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Wild Caught | | Temperature Condition | Frozen | | Unit Count | 6.1 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Supreme Bottarga - **Flavor:** Salted - **Item Weight:** 6.03 ounces - **Package Weight:** 3.68 ounces - **Temperature Condition:** Frozen ## Images ![Supreme Bottarga “Ouro do Brasil” Bottarga di Muggine - approx. 6.1oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61dr4cvJ0PL.jpg) ![Supreme Bottarga “Ouro do Brasil” Bottarga di Muggine - approx. 6.1oz - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71XjvksZtVL.jpg) ![Supreme Bottarga “Ouro do Brasil” Bottarga di Muggine - approx. 6.1oz - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61g2-ww8GGL.jpg) ![Supreme Bottarga “Ouro do Brasil” Bottarga di Muggine - approx. 6.1oz - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71JLOVNjDjL.jpg) ![Supreme Bottarga “Ouro do Brasil” Bottarga di Muggine - approx. 6.1oz - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61JobSM9M+L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Who provides the kosher supervision?** A: Our Ouro Do Brasil is certified by the Director of Chabad Lubavitch in Porto Alegre, Brasil.
