Review: Great product. Quick dark greening without accelerated growth. - Works wonders! Fast lawn green up, without the rapid growth. Easy to use with folier or hose end sprayer. I've tried several others, but keep going back to LawnStar. I use it monthly in the summer and use it as a supplement to regular fertilizer feeding. Apply in early morning or late afternoon during hot months. I folier it and leave it for a day before irrigation. If I hose end spray it, I wait 48 hours to irrigate. Then irrigate 1/4 to 1/2 inch to let it get to roots. I think folier seems to work the quickest but same results with both types of applications. Dark deep blue-green! Great product.
Review: Effective on Maple Tree with severe Iron Chlorosis - I've been working on a Maple tree with severe Iron Chlorosis for the past 12 months. Last season the leaves on the southwest portion of the tree were looking particularly sickly, and the entire tree lost it's leaves much sooner than all the other trees in the neighborhood. This spring, leaves were not forming on the southwest portion of the tree, except for one or two per limb, and they were coming out brown instead of green. I purchased the gallon size of the LawnStar Chelated Liquid Iron with the hope of having sufficient to nurse the Maple tree back to health over the next several months, plus enough to apply to the lawn. I did much research on iron supplements for lawns and trees and settled on this brand for it being sourced from iron sulfate, which I understand works better in higher ph soils and has more available iron that the tree can use. My application was to add about 2-3 ounces of liquid iron to a bucket that was being filled with water, about 2 1/2 gallons. I then applied this mixture directly to the base of the tree, in the area of new mulch with no other plants for 3-5 feet. I probably repeated this 10 times, applying the ironated water all around the tree out several feet. I also poured it directly on some grass that was coming up next to the tree trunk, which had sneaked past the weed barrier. I had anticipated the ironated water to "burn" the grass blades that I drenched, which didn't happen. I've been noticing the tree looking gradually healthier since I applied this liquid iron and now after 2 weeks I've created a before and after picture. The image on the left of the picture shows the southwestern side of the tree, which had sparse brown leaf coverage. The image on the right shows the same area after application to the soil, with very few brown leaves and additional leaves now sprouting from the branches in the southwestern portion of the tree. I'm very pleased with this product and give it 5 solid stars!!!!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product, Shipping Nightmare

The product: amazing stuff. Really thickened up my newly seeded lawn this fall. Waited about a month after overseed (middle of October in central KY). Shipping from vendor: what a nightmare. I ordered 1 bottle to try myself. Loved the product, ordered 5 for next year and for parents lawn I upkeep. 3 came in perfectly fine, 1 came in “ok”, 1 came in leaking. You can tell it’s the shipping company who doesn’t give a damn about the box, they throw them around everywhere. So, I returned, asked for replacement, get the box, THIS TIME EVEN WORSE. The liquid had leaked and bottle had already started to crystallize from air flow inside bottle. If the vendor can have a nice conversation with their shipping partner, I may reorder next year. If not, I’ll find somewhere else to get it. Hope everyone else has better luck.
