Helps birds cope the the general stress they endure daily because well basically they are not our in the wild (I have rescue birds) so as they are easily stressed and can get ill and or feather pick, this has helped resolve many problems by getting the proper nutrition in addition to the stuff they will be picky about. If you have birds this is the least you can do for them. It is hard to get all of the nutrients they would normally get out in the wild to them with just seed, treats, and even fresh fruit and veggies...this is the needed little extra to keep them healthy or if a bird is ill get them back on track with the care, of course of your Avian Veterinary Specialist. HANDY TIP: When you open it, gently poke a few holes in the foil protective cover as I like to sprinkle this not only in water but on food as well as of course we know they don't drink all that water.
