I don't leave many negative reviews, but be prepared to spend time modifying this kit to work. It's a nice kit, but parts really don't fit together very well. For the price, I think it should be higher quality. But it is for an older bike, so what can you do. I am a small engine mechanic of 7 years, I do know how to put together a recoil starter assembly.

It's the only rebuild kit that I know of. Comes with pretty much everything you need. Just wish the overall quality was to OEM standards. I had an issue where the dogs wouldn't engage when I pulled the rope. I just had to play with it to get it to work properly.

Very nice pull starter rebuild kit. Most complete kit that I have found. The rope is better than what I got at the Honda shop.  Thanks for the quality parts to keep my old 200 ready to start.
