First, even though the product was defective, the seller required me to pay the return shipping. Infuriating to spend almost as much in return shipping as I did to buy the product in the first place! Second, after I mailed in my return, I waited for my meager refund...and waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, after 1.5 months, I contacted the seller.
