I was concerned b/c some people stated it didn't fit properly, they couldn't fit the charger in when the iPad was in this case and that it was difficult to us the buttons (volume, camera etc) We have had no such problems. It fits my sons iPad 2 perfectly. It's light weight and easy to handle. The handle is great for my 7 year old. It's terrific value (we paid $17.99).
