When I went to wash and re-zip the sheet for the first time, I was having problems - simple solution, I just needed to lift the cotton flap at the end of the zipper - but before I figured that out I googled it and immediately got a chat contact. I responded, and a very very nice woman came on and then we face timed so she could better direct me. Could not have been nicer. The only thing I wish I had done differently was buy the standard white, or perhaps the striped, sheet. The ivory almost looks like dingy white, though I am getting used to it. I do not often write reviews, but I think this product is a good choice for anyone who wants an easier time changing sheets - we know it can be hard work with the heavier mattresses, And it is an absolute game changer for those of us who are aging, have some limitations, and are challenged with heavy lifting.
